Breaking in is the hard part.
You have to get someone on the other side of the world — a different timezone, a culture you’ve never lived in — to trust you with their business. Before that, you have to figure out which skills are even worth learning, then learn them without help from anyone around you.
Video is one of the last skills that hasn’t been outsourced effectively. Recording requires an American accent, and editing requires a deep skillset and an understanding of American culture. AI has changed this, and video is now more accessible than ever.
We’re running a 100% free program to train ~30 people in developing countries who already have video editing or production experience: how to take their skills to the next level and work with US clients.

The Program
Who is this actually for?
People in developing countries who already edit or produce video and want to work with US clients. You should be comfortable in an editor already and have work you can show us. If you are starting from zero, this is not the right program for you yet.
Does it really cost nothing?
Nothing. There is no fee up front, no deferred tuition, we're doing this to help you.
What equipment do I need?
Whatever you already edit on. There is no hardware requirement beyond a machine that runs your editor and a connection good enough to move files around. We are not going to ask you to buy anything.
How much internet do I need?
Enough to move video files and join the occasional call. The lessons themselves are short and downloadable, so you can pull a week's worth down whenever you have a good connection and work through them offline.
How long does it take?
About twelve weeks at six to eight hours a week. It is not live, so you set the pace around whatever work you already have — but the people who get the most out of it treat it like a job, not a course.
Do I get anything for referring someone?
Yes, and so do they. Referring someone boosts both your application and theirs, and if someone you refer gets in, you get a guaranteed interview. Refer someone here. You do not need to have applied yet — just use the same email when you do.
Do I need to speak English?
Working English, especially written. You will be reading briefs from US clients and the program is delivered in writing. You do not need a perfect accent — the work we are training you for is behind the camera, not in front of it.
